Requirements
General: Preference given to those studying ornamental horticulture, nursery management, landscape contracting and/or marketing of horticultural-related products.
GPA: 2.7 or above
Rank: No preference to rank.
Repeat Eligibility: A student may receive this award more than once.

The Thomas B. Kyle Scholarship Fund was established in 1990 by The Ohio State University Board of Trustees with gifts to honor the late Thomas B. Kyle (B.S. Agriculture '29), founder of Spring Hill Nurseries Company in Tipp City, Ohio. Since his graduation from The Ohio State University, Mr. Kyle has been a pioneer and international leader in the mail-order marketing of nursery stock. All gifts were invested in the University Permanent Endowment Fund.
